PERHAM Hazel Valerie Aged 74 years, passed away peacefully at home on 20th February 2017. Beloved wife of Alan, loving mother of Robert and Matthew and a much loved grandmother. Funeral Service at 3.00.pm on Friday 3rd March 2017 at The Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium, Truro.
