PALARM Brian Janet Palarm would like to express a heartfelt thank you to family and friends who have supported us over the last 12 months, all the cards, letters and messages of sympathy. Everyone who attended Brian's funeral and donated to the Palliative care team and Oncolocy unit, the doctors and nurses of Penryn surgery, Palliative care the Trewcare girls who were splendid, also to Kingsley Tressider for his help at this sad time. Thank you all.
