GRENFELL. – June. Gibson Grenfell wishes to express sincerest thanks to everyone who has sent messages of sympathy following his mother June’s death, to the very many family and friends who attended the service at the church of King Charles the Martyr Falmouth to celebrate her life and to friends who have made donations in her memory to Parkinson’s UK. To date well in excess of £1,000 has been given. Warm thanks go also to Revd Stephen Tudgey for conducting both the service and the committal at Penmount which followed. Gibson is deeply grateful to Lance Foy, Director of Music, the choir members who sang at the service and to organist Michael Hoeg for the beautiful choral and organ music which made it such a wonderful occasion. Lastly, he expresses his particular gratitude to Barrie Lukey of T Cooke, Funeral Directors, and his staff for their great professionalism throughout.
