Specsavers get children seen

St Mary’s pupils will be safer on their walk through Falmouth to school thanks to a national optician.

Specsavers in Falmouth donated fluorescent hi-visibility vests to thirty pupils from St Mary’s Catholic Primary School in the town.

The vests will help the children to be clearly seen while out on the footpaths.

Gillian Sanguinette, from Specsavers Falmouth, said: “We pride ourselves on being part of the community here in Falmouth and are very happy to support our local primary school.

“St Mary’s welcomed the donation of hi-visibility vests and will use them for their walking bus and school trips.”
