Helston-based Frugi, the UK’s leading ethical and organic children’s clothing brand, has been shortlisted for another prestigious business award.

The Mum and Working Awards has unveiled Frugi’s co-founder Lucy Jewson as a finalist in the Business Parent of the Year category which aims to highlight parents who have made a success of running a business alongside having a family.

Having celebrated its tenth year in business last year, Frugi is a true reflection of this. The family run company has firmly established itself as the UK’s leading organic childrenswear brand, yet remained passionate about its core ethical values and the importance of family.

Lucy said: “I am honoured to have been shortlisted. The success of Frugi has been a dream come true. We are extremely proud that Frugi has created a team of over 50 amazing people that have a lot of fun working together. Also, to know our company has given over 200k to different charities is a fantastic feeling and makes the hard work worthwhile. Best of all, Frugi’s principles are all based upon the importance of family, so it is great to have been recognised by the Mum and Working Awards.”

The awards are hosted by NatWest and will be presented by Lucy Piper on September 22nd in London.
