Dale McIntosh, Chef Patron at Merchants Manor in Falmouth, will be competing against three other top class professionals in the final of the South West Chef of the Year tomorrow evening (Thursday, October 29).
Dale, who previously worked at the Pandora Inn and Bustophers Bar in Truro, is competing against David Kelman, from Cheltenham and Jamie Coleman and Jamie Rogers, from Devon in the professional class.
The finals will take place at Exeter College tomorrow with the award winners announced at the presentation dinner to be held that evening at Exeter Golf and Country Club.
