Hotels in Falmouth have been honoured in the LateRooms.com Simply the Guest Awards 2016 by achieving the prestigious Top Rated status.
The highly prized Top Rated status rewards only the very best properties globally, highlighting exceptional hotel standards and service, and Falmouth is host to a number of hotels that have made the cut.
To be awarded Top Rated status means that hotels, including the St Michael's Hotel & Spa and Falmouth Hotel, achieved a minimum review score of 80 per cent on the LateRooms.com site during 2015.
Overall, hotels in Falmouth have performed above average, and 52 per cent of properties in the region have been awarded Top Rated status, much higher than the national average.
Andrea Tarpey, LateRooms.com spokesperson, said: “According to our guests, hotels in Falmouth are amongst the best performing in the UK and to receive the honour of a Top Rated status in this year’s Simply The Guest Awards means their standards are at the very top of the league in all areas.”
