To celebrate the start of rugby's Six Nations next month, St Austell Brewery has launched its Ruck & Roll pale ale.
Ruck & Roll is available during February and March to coincide with the five rounds of fixtures for this year’s Six Nations rugby. The 4.0 per cent brew is amber in colour with a full yet dry palate which is balanced with fruity and citrus hops that has a good bitter finish.
Marc Bishop, trade marketing manager at St Austell Brewery, said, “Ruck & Roll is one of our seven seasonal ales and a perfect accompaniment to watching a game or two. The South West is renowned for its strong rugby connections and the huge success of the Cornwall county team, so we wanted to create a limited edition beer for our customers to enjoy during the competition.”
