Dynamite Valley Brewing Company is one year old this month and to celebrate its birthday the company is holding an afternoon of music, food, ice cream and, of course, fine craft beers.

The birthday party will be held at the company's HQ at the Viaduct Works near Ponsanooth on Saturday, April 30. The brewery, which received most of its initial funding via a Crowdfunder campaign to which over 100 people contributed, has gone on to make a range of more than 12 beers and to stock pubs across Cornwall.

Brewer Ross Kessell said: “We’re delighted to have reached our first birthday and we want to celebrate with all the people that have helped make the brewery such a success. Everyone is welcome to come along and help us blow out the candles on our special birthday cake.”

As well as a range of Dynamite Valley’s craft beers, the event, which runs from noon until 8pm, will feature food from Chimichurri, ice creams from Callestick Farm and music from local bands Hanterhir and Preachin’ Country.
