ALFORDS Flooring owners Mark and Melanie Alford celebrated one year in business by thanking customers for their support.

The Helston showroom first opened its doors on June 20. In a statement the couple said: "Opening any new business is a risk these days that’s why we are so happy to announce that a year on our dream of a Family Run Carpet and Flooring Business is still here and going strong," said Mark and Melanie.

"When we decided to venture into setting up a showroom, from the beginning we wanted showcase a comprehensive range of carpets and flooring to help you create the look you want with the added piece of mind that your receiving great quality products along with great quality fitting.

"We are constantly evolving, and enjoy searching out fresh ideas for new floor coverings, helping make your home as individual as you are.

"Along with being run by a highly respected fitter we believe our forward thinking and sense of quality in products and installation sets us apart from most other carpet and flooring companies.
