Estate agents View It, Love It, Live It, based at the Tremough Innovation Centre in Penryn, are celebrating their second birthday alongside a number of other exciting business milestones.

The company uses TV-style film tours to sell property to a wider reach of buyers across the globe. The tours are produced in a similar style to Channel Four's ever popular property show Location, Location, Location, giving potential buyers an honest and comprehensive tour with personality. “We believe that every property has a unique story to tell” said managing director, Luke Power, “so we use film to take a client's property to a wider audience than I consider any other agent is capable of doing.”

Paul Gander, previously a Falmouth high street agent with 25 years experience, joined the team in February, and Charlotte Green joined the team in April to assist with administration and strengthening processes and systems. Charlotte worked alongside Anita Roddick during the formation of The Body Shop, and has also published a series of successful books and provided business support to a number of Cornish businesses.

Amy Power, "director of happiness," launched the company with her husband, Luke, in April 2014. “We're heading into our third year with real gusto," she said. "Property listings have more than doubled and our lovely team is stronger than ever.”
