Coodes Solicitors is expanding its residential property team in Falmouth to meet increasing demand from house buyers and sellers in and around the town.

Conveyancing executive Shannon Fawdry is the latest member of Coodes Solicitors’ growing Falmouth office. Having worked with the firm as a secretary and PA since 2013, Shannon is now undertaking legal training and has completed her level three CILEX exams. She will work with Laura Rowe and Lisa Brewer, the new Falmouth residential property team that was established following Coodes’ merger with Preston Goldburn in 2015.

Shannon, who lives and grew up in the Camborne area, said: “I’m very pleased about my promotion and am delighted to be joining such a great team in Falmouth. The property market in Falmouth is very busy and the office is taking on more and more residential property work. It’s a great town to work in.”

Partner and head of residential property, Alistair Whyte, said: “We are growing our Falmouth residential property team to meet the increasing demand from people looking to buy or sell houses in the town and surrounding area. We are committed to nurturing homegrown talent and are delighted that Shannon is progressing within the firm.”
