Morrish Builders and Bradley Estate Agents have announced their charitable relationship with the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust.

For every home sold at the Nansledan Development in Newquay, Morrish and their site agents, Bradleys will donate funds to the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, in addition to monies raised from various fundraising activities.

Inspired by the Prince of Wales’s vision, the Nansledan development is an extension to Newquay on Duchy of Cornwall land. The development is built using sustainable principles and is based on traditional Cornish architecture. The first Morrish home to complete, plot 20 on traditionally Cornish named Stret Euther Penndragon, took place last week with the first set of funds from this home being distributed to the Trust.

Joint managing director, Steven Morrish said: “We are delighted to be able to support the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, which undertakes such a vital role in the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly community. This relationship supports our company ethos of placing the community at the heart of all the projects we undertake. We look forward to working together as the Nansledan development progresses in Newquay.”

Jackie Southon, head of income generation at Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, added: “As a charity, the generosity and support of businesses like Morrish Builders and Bradleys Estate Agents is vital in helping to keep Cornwall Air Ambulance flying. The Nansledan development is only a short distance from our Newquay airbase, so we’re delighted to hear the first home has been sold and we have new neighbours moving in.”

Chris Baxter, director of Bradleys Estate Agents, said: "We are pleased to be supporting the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust with this agreement. The charity is benefitting earlier than we first thought due to successful sales and earlier completions.”

Morrish Builders, based in Poole, Dorset, have worked in the construction industry for over 60 years and are now one of the most successful regional developers across southern counties. Access to the Morrish Builders/Bradleys sales centre at Nansledan is available seven days a week and the team can be contacted on 01637 838171. Cornwall Air Ambulance undertakes more than 700 lifesaving missions each year throughout

Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
