Sales in Falmouth have been swift at Heather and Lay since the beginning of the year and despite the general market place, the Falmouth area has continued to demonstrate very healthy sales activity from purchasers near and far. “We needed to find an experienced negotiator and one who knew the ‘patch’ and would compliment our existing team, that is often not as easy as it might sound,” said Tim Heather.

“When we heard Roland Woods was looking to return to Falmouth, both John Lay and I knew he was the man for the job!”

Roland has a history of success and has been working in Truro for Lillicrap Chillcott. Prior to that he had been an area manager for a large agency chain and is a former colleague of three members of the Heather and Lay team.

Roland is a Falmouth man, born in Tregothnan Road, and his mother and father are both from well-known local families. “We are delighted to have him on board to form part of our established local team,” said Tim.
