WITH three weekly firework displays in August, free return visits for five days and an enviable VIP guest list to complement all the rides, displays and attractions, Flambards promises a sizzling summer of fun.

The hugely popular robotic giant entertainer,Titan, a big fan of Flambards, will be getting up close and personal with the park’s guests on Wednesday, he comes back again on Monday and then selected dates throughtout August.

The Science Boffins will be creating stupidly funny and amazingly brilliant science magic on Wednesday, July 31, August 7 and Tuesday, August 20.

Bish Bash Bosh Productions will be injecting a little mystery with their puppet show telling the story of Tegan, The Beast of Bodmin Moor on Tuesday.

Saturday is Gus Honeybun’s birthday - although he won’t reveal how many bunny hops!

In celebration, entry for children 15 and under and over 95 cm high will be just £5 (children under 95 cm always enter for free).

There will also be a birthday card making competition for four to 11 year olds with fantastic prizes for winning entries.

This summer there is also a fantastic guest list of new TV stars dropping in to meet their fans.

Heading to the park this summer are Moshi Monster Katsuma on Tuesday, August 6, Peppa Pig on Tuesday, August 13 and Mike the Knight on Wednesday, August 28.

Rescue Day takes place on Saturday, August 24, with representatives from Cornwall’s emergency and rescue services putting on exciting demonstrations throughout the day.

Wednesday, August 14, 21 and 28 will be celebrated with evening firework displays.

On those days the rides will operate until 30 minutes before the display begins (about 9.15pm) and entry price is reduced to £7.95 after 5.30pm, with the last admission being 7pm.

The park opens daily at 10.30am with last admission at 2.30pm with the exception of firework days.
