Cornwall’s newest attraction Pirate Quest serves up a May Bank Holiday of fascinating myths and legends in an event not to be missed.

Come face-to-face with Bolster the Giant and learn the bloody tale of his demise. The Bolster Festival, St Agnes will also be in full swing as the village celebrates the day that the dreadful giant was defeated. Meet Merlin and King Arthur and discover the Cornish piskies playing tricks. Cornwall is packed to the rafters with legends, and as you set sail in an hour-long guided tour you will experience 360 degree scenes taking you back over 300 years to the Golden Age of Piracy.

The interactive tour is led by your own Pirate guide, beginning in the wreck of the Royal Anne Galley.

Escape the ship, which wrecked off Lizard point in November 1721, before it is swarmed by pirate hunters looking for booty.

Groups of up to ten will descend into the magical Land of Legend, treading cautiously through Ne’er Do Well’s Passage, and swaggering into Captain Morgan’s Tavern for some Dutch courage, before braving the depths of the thrilling Lost Land of Lyonesse.

For those of you who are |looking for an extra thrill, Pirate’s Quest also contains a scare section - The Lost Land of Lyonesse an experience filled with screams and laughter!

Junior pirates can pick up a Treasure Map to help them find hidden clues and claim pirate booty.

Pirate’s Quest is in Newquay and combines actors, amazing special effects and detailed 360° sets in an authentic, fully immersive, walk-through experience.
