Are you tough enough to take on an assault and fitness course of epic proportions situated at Treverven Farm, St Buryan, Penzance this September?

If so, or if you would rather save your efforts and enjoy the show instead, on Saturday, September 26 a high intensity 4km obstacle assault course will be open for challengers to take on.

Organised by Tuff Enuff, this Above and Beyond course is designed to take competitors above and beyond anything they have attempted before. It will have a 40 foot half pip challenge that tests technique as well as stamina and a gruelling 144-step climb up a Cornish cliff.

There is also sunken pit obstacle to look forward to called The Graveyard, as well as some undisclosed obstacles that the team at Tuff Enuff have thrown in for good measure.

Director, Tony Borrett said: “The first Above and Beyond was a staggering success with competitors claiming it was one of the toughest races they had ever entered. The race threw down new gauntlet for endurance athletes.”

Tony added: “We’ve listened to our entrants and tried to focus on the kind of obstacles that they found the most intriguing and challenging.”

There will be camping and refreshments at the site, and every Above and Beyond competitor will be timed and will receive a medal and t-shirt.

A junior race will take place on Sunday, September 27. To enter Tuff Enuff: Above and Beyond or Tuff Nutt, or for more information, please visit: www.tuff-enuff.co.uk
