Budding young birdwatchers are being invited to join Fox Club, the junior section of Cornwall Wildlife Trust, for an event which is being supported by Cllr John Pollard and Cllr John Coombe.
Leading the birdwatch will be Daniel Eva, wildlife trustee and bird enthusiast and expert, who will be helping the youngsters spot the different birds at a sanctuary near Hayle using special bird watching guides from the trust.
The event will take place between 10.30am and 12.30pm on Thursday, February 18. There is no charge to take part, although donations to the Fox Club will be welcomed, and booking is essential. Families are welcome to attend as well as Cornwall Wildlife Trust members. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18 or over.
