All the fun of the fair returns to Stithians on Saturday, July 22, as the village holds it's annual fun day.

The Stithians Fayre and Family Fun Day will take place from 10am to 5pm, across venues including the village hall, playing field, the village green, Stithians Centre and St Stithians Church.

The event will feature over 50 stalls, as well as the ever popular Fun Dog Show from 1pm-4pm, while there will also be an all day barbecue, licensed bar or cream teas.

The younger crowd will also be able to enjoy a fairground and amusements including a giant slide and pony rides.

Meanwhile in the church, the St Stythians Male Voice Choir will be singing at 2pm, following a wedding at 1pm.

Other attractions include a live blacksmith demonstration, steam engines on Church Road, and an electric organ, as well as a bell ringing demonstration.

And the village's grand raffle draw will take place at 4pm, with prizes including a microlight plane flight, a three course meal for two at The Seven Stars Inn, and a make your own ring session from Jewellery Making Cornwall, along with many more from local businesses.
