On Saturday, January 20, Penzance Leisure Centre will throw open its doors to everyone and invite them to experience some of the many activities on offer to help get the whole family feeling fit and healthy.
Now that the children have returned to school there is no better time to look at getting your family more active and our team of friendly fitness professionals will be on hand all day to advise and demonstrate everything that is on offer and to answer any queries you may have.
With everything from dedicated programmes in the gym, swimming, group exercise classes, sports hall activities and a bouncy castle, there is sure to be something for everyone in the family to enjoy at the centre.
Not only can anyone use all of these facilities for free but the open day will also feature Pirate FM, Mousehole FC, Cornish Pirates, Cornwall Karate, Race For Life, Cornwall Hospice and many more.
January will also see the launch of Cornwall’s first ever family membership, with enough activities to keep the whole family fit and active all year round.
Make sure you do not miss out and visit the centre between 9am and 4pm with the family and see what fun awaits you at Penzance Leisure Centre.
