This year's St Ives Food Festival will be held at Porthminster Beach from Friday May 11 to Sunday May 13.

Festival goers will be spoilt for choice with a selection of artisan food and drink available with a host of vendors selling everything from pulled pork, barbecue and Thai food to churros, chocolate, and fudge.

Great British Bake Off winner Frances Quinn is returning to this year's festival after impressing crowds last year with her display that featured edible sandcastle baking.

There will also be activities for the little ones with food workshops from Little Kitchen Magicians, offering educational and fun sessions that promote health and wellbeing through food, which will be held on the Saturday and Sunday.

St Ives Pottery will be offering sculpture sessions for people of all ages, encouraging them to come along and create their own masterpieces.

Music from The Roustabouts, The Electric Swing Circus, and more will be a feast for the ears over the weekend.

The grass of the putting green will be home to many family based activities including sports coaching and face painting on both Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets for the festival start at only £3 for day tickets, whereas a combined day and evening ticket is £5, and a ticket for the whole weekend will cost £12.
