Audiences can experience the Summer of Love at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro on Friday with a celebration of music from the concert that changed the world.

The Woodstock Experience packs three days of peace and love in one great show features classics from the original festival line up, including songs from Joe Cocker, Crosby, Stills and Nash, The Who, Santana, The Band, Sly and the Family Stone, Joan Baez, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix and of course, Janis Joplin.

The songs will be performed by singers and musicians straight from London’s West End, including X Factor finalist Melanie Masson.

Melanie rose to fame on the X Factor with her spine tingling performance of Cry Baby, and now has the honour of being endorsed by the Janis Joplin Estate, who said called her "impressive" and said she "does Janis justice."

Woodstock was one of the most pivotal moments in music history so take a trip back in time and sing along to some of the greatest music from the festival, including Bad Moon Rising, I Want to Take You Higher, America, Summertime, Hey Joe and many more.

Even concert goers who can’t remember the 60s will find something to love with the Woodstock Experience.
