The small fishing village on the lizard, Coverack, has a number of events running each week and many of them are Pisky themed.
On Wednesday, August 5, people are invited to the The Paris and test their brain power by taking part in a quiz night held there from 8pm.
Thursday, August 6 a 45 minute Pisky Pot workshop, where attendees can make their own Pisky Paradise, will take place. These workshops are £10 and will run in the morning and afternoon from the Pisky HQ in Coverack - TR12 6SD. As Piskys are small, their HQ then has limited space so booking is essential by emailing coordinator@coverack.org.uk.
Also on Thursday is a Roskilly's Band Night at Roskilly's Farm - TR12 6NX. There will be Irish songs played and comedy. Jazz will be played in the garden at Ponsongath on Friday, August 7 from 7pm. This is a charity event and all are welcome.
While on Saturday, August 8 and Sunday, August 9 there will be a Cornish Pisky Pal Trail at Roskilly's Farm. Trails available at 10:30am to 4pm and cost £2 from the Cornish Pisky Pal stall, where?
The week closes with Coverack Regatta at the harbour, where there will be lots of harbour based activities.
All car parks in Coverack have an Honesty Box with the money going to the upkeep of the public toilets and local charities.
