Looking forward to a new year and new start? Why not treat yourself or a loved one to a pamper and help raise money for a local charity.

The Merlin MS Centre, located on the A390 at Hewas Water, near St Austell, is holding its popular Pamper Day on Saturday, February 10, from 10am until 4pm. Bookings are now being taken for the range of therapies that will be available on the day.

Treatments available include: Reiki, holistic massage, relaxation therapy, reflexology, gentle muscle release, Jin Shin Jyutsu, stress management, pain management, facials, hand massages and more. The ticket price of £35 covers a booked 40 minute session, lunch and a glass of Prosecco.

Booking is essential for this event, anyone who would like a ticket should contact Tamsin on 01726 885530 or email her at tamsin@merlinmscentre.org.uk.

The Merlin MS Centre’s charitable aim is to provide subsidised therapy for people who are affected by Multiple Sclerosis, however, anyone living with a neurological condition who feels they can benefit from the therapies and support offered is welcome.

The charity offers therapy and support to on average 70 people a day, but receives no government funding to meet its annual running costs of £450,000 and therefore relies of the hire of its conference and therapy rooms, grants from grant-making trusts and fundraising activities to meet these costs.
