The John Dyer retrospective exhibition at Falmouth Art Gallery will stop running on June 23rd, so anyone who hasn’t already seen it should head down to see the exuberant display of paintings that almost burst at the seams with liveliness and colour.

The exhibition was put together to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Falmouth artist who has achieved worldwide acclaim with his paintings.

Various paintings from throughout his career, from the early 1990s through to the present day, are on display and several of them are also on sale.

John Dyer studied at Falmouth College of Arts where he returned to lecture in 1992.

He is part of an artistic pedigree, being the son of Cornish impressionist painter Ted Dyer.

The exhibition is open between 10am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday, and is completely free to visit.
