Its all change at The Old Plough Inn in Shortlanesend in Truro as it welcomes new landlords Ian Crewes and Mark Harry.

The pair formally took over this week, but will welcome patrons new and old to the inn on Friday for their “official” opening from 6pm.

Ian, who is a trained chef, worked at the Packet in Falmouth for 11 years, before leaving to |follow his dream of running his own pub.

He is joined by his partner Mark, who will take care of front of house. Mark will be a familiar face to many in Truro as he has been a store manager in the city for the last four years.

The pair have a great number of plans up their sleeves for the future of the inn, from music to quiz nights.

One of the big new focuses for the Inn will be an updated, fresh and mouth-watering menu of food.

Whether you are looking for a light lunch, or to fill up on a delicious evening meal there will be something to suit all tastes.

There will also be a range of special offers, which will be updated on the pub’s facebook page /The-Old-Plough-Inn-Shortlanesend.

The Old Plough will be open from noon to 11pm every day.
