Another exciting culinary collaboration is set to take place at Merchants Manor’s Brasserie in Falmouth this week.
To celebrate the first organic crops from Westcountry Fruit Sales’ new Canara Farm at Mylor the Brasserie will be serving up an exclusive six-course tasting menu on Saturday.
Each mouth-watering dish, made from the freshest local produce, will be sourced from Canara Farm – less than five miles from the Brasserie.
The other ingredients to make up the feast, all sourced within a ten mile radius, include Primrose Herd’s |free-range pork, from near Redruth and Mylor Harbour-landed crab and lobster.
Under the direction of Brassiere head chef Dale McIntosh, in the lead up to this exciting evening, the chefs will be picking, sampling and experimenting to ensure that the ultimate six-course menu awaits diners.
The evening’s spectacle will be accompanied by the soothing sounds of The Grace Notes.
The evening is being hosted by the owners of Merchants Manor, Nick and Sioned Rudlin, in the Brasserie.
The Ten Mile Taster event begins at 7pm. Early booking for this one off event is advisable and tickets are priced at £40 per person for the six-course dinner and entertainment.
