IF you are looking for some mellow sounds to tug the heartstrings and soothe the soul this weekend, look no further than ParkLive 4 where you can hear the dulcet tones of Angeline Morrison and the Ready Cats.
Hot on the heels of her new album, ‘Are you ready cat’ and ahead of her gig with the Ambassadors of Sorrow at the Acorn in Penzance on August 3, ParkLive 4 take place in Kimberley Park on Sunday from noon to 5pm.
Angeline will be performing an acoustic set of songs from the album which is a classy little jazz-folk affair, released on Freestyle Records (also home to Omar and Cornish soul legend Frootful).
Also performing at the alcohol free event will be the Eden Choir, Accidental Hero, Jenny Bishop and Martin Skewes among others.
