FEATURING the American star Lorna Luft, the spectacular Puttin’ On the Ritz comes to Cornwall this September.

This glittering show includes the most famous song and dance moments of the last 50 years of the golden age of Hollywood recreated live on stage. Full of nostalgia, glamour and pizzazz, the show that has been described in the U.S. press as “nothing short of sensational”.

It stars 20 award-winning singers and dancers and presents many of the most popular songs of the 1920’s and 1930’s written by three of the greatest composers of all time, George Gershwin, Irvin Berlin and Cole Porter. Including I Got Rhythm, Embraceable You, Anything Goes, Lets Face The Music And Dance, Top Hat, Dancing In The Dark, Cheek To Cheek, Easter Parade and Hooray For Hollywood.

Joining the company as special guest star is American singing sensation Lorna Luft. The actress and singer known for her Broadway appearances and TV and film roles - as well as for being the daughter of Judy Garland, sister of Liza Minnelli and the goddaughter of Frank Sinatra.

Puttin’ on the Ritz is at Hall For Cornwall from 8 to 13 September, with evening performances at 7.30pm and evening matinees on Thursday and Saturday at 2.30pm.
