Two of Cornwall’s biggest event companies have joined forces to bring some of the UK’s top tribute acts to Falmouth over the next few months.
Tim Vigus from South West Bars and Events and Hadyn Wood of The Sound Foundation, have already introduced tribute bands to Falmouth Week and Tall Ships, including The Bohemians, Fleetwood Bac, Bon Giovi and Abba Revival.
They have now booked more of the UK’s top tribute bands to perform at Princess Pavilion, Falmouth, starting with The FAB Beatles on Saturday, September 27.
Formed in 1991 The FAB Beatles are one of the most sought-after Beatles tribute bands in the world today.
The Fab Beatles show starts with early ‘Hamburg’ material and goes right through to Let It Be and the ‘break-up’, with a repertoire that is second to none!
Hadyn, who has been promoting live acts across the UK for over 20 years said: “I grew up in Cornwall, so it’s good to be able to come home and bring some of the best tribute bands I’ve worked with to Falmouth. We’re kicking off on September 27 with The FAB Beatles, which also happens to be my mum's birthday.”
The pairing are also set to bring Bee Gees tribute, Stayin Alive (Nov 1) and The Take That Experience (Nov 29) to Cornwall.
Tickets for all SFSW tribute shows are only £10 in advance from the Princess Pavilion, by calling 01326 211222 or online at www.seetickets.com.
