The eagerly anticipated Halloween Masked Ball is this weekend at Flambards.

Over 75 acts spread across the electronic music genre have been confirmed along with countless dancers, actors and circus performers.

Gates open at 6pm on Saturday and the party will run through to 6am on Sunday morning.

For twelve hours the park, at Codgey Lane Helston, will be transformed into a playground based on the 80's cult classic film The Lost Boys.

The Grand Ballroom presented by the Hospital Records label will host high Contrast and London Electricity.

Dance Armstrong and Lost in Music will be playing 80's disco, while electric swing will be at the Vampire Hotel with Jon More (Coldcut), DJ Formate and DJ Suspect.

For some down tempo ambience Rest in Peace is the place to be, and upbeat live music can be found at the Demon Drone Bandstand hosting: Godden, Jac The Disco and Same Williams, 

A ghostly theme park will be in full swing along with a New York City style disco diner where Eric Duncan will be playing with Future Garden DJ's. The Feast of Fools stage, presented by Bloodstone Arts, will have The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, Ed Cox and Weird Kid Collective among some of the acts performing.

The ball, which has grown from humble beginnings nine years ago into a lavish spectacle, is expcted to be an extraordinary Halloween party.
