A Cornish a capella group are performing at Roselidden this weekend in a concert celebrating Queens Elizabeth I and II.

Kamerata Kernow will be singing sacred and secular music from the reigns of the two Queens Elizabeth in the concert entitled The Triumphs of Oriana.

The concert will be celebrating the 483rd anniversary of the birth of Queen Elizabeth I, and the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II.

There will also be musical interludes by Pippa Drummond on flute and Kath Berry on oboe, and Nigel Wicken will be conducting the music.

A capella group, Kamerata Kernow, will sing at Roselidden, near Helston, on Sunday, July 24 at 3.30pm.

Light refreshments are included in the price of the ticket and will be served at the end of the performance.

All profits from the event will be donated to the Cornwall Music Therapy Trust, which supports anyone with mental or physical illness, disabilities, emotional or behavioural problems, or those in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness, by the provision of music therapy.
