The Royal Marines Band is filling Truro Cathedral with the sound of drums next weekend.
In an event raising fund for Seafarers UK, who give support to seafarers in need and their families, the Band of Her Majesty's Royal Marines Plymouth will be in concert with the Culdrose Military Wives Choir.
Local soprano, Saffron Jones, whose father was a Royal Marine, will also be making a guest appearance at the event.
The Seafarers UK Charity Royal Marines Band Concert will be at Truro Cathedral on Sunday, November 20 at 7.30pm.
Ticket prices range from £18 to £25, and are available from the Hall for Cornwall box office on 01872 262466, or online at hallforcornwall.co.uk. They will also be available on the cathedral door before the performance.
Seafarers UK is a charity that provides support across the Royal Marines, Royal Navy, Merchant Navy and Fishing Fleets.
