Following the sell-out success of Pama International’s Trojan Records club night and UK tour, the band will be returning to The Eco Park at Porthtowan this Saturday, March 10. with their Trojan Records songbook show.

A show that features the greatest hits of the world’s most iconic reggae label reimagined by Pama International. With a free song book included in every ticket, this is a rare treat for Cornish music fans.

Pama international are a seven-piece band with a unique style that encompasses ska, soul, dub, rocksteady and reggae. The gig will begin with a set of their own original material followed by a set of the iconic Trojan record label songs.

In 2006 Pama International became the first new band to sign to Trojan Records in 30 years. After a seven-year hiatus they returned with a new line up and album - Love & Austerity, released in July 2017, and picked up global airplay and praise from the likes of Craig Charles from BBC 6 Music.

Since its launch in the summer of 1968, Trojan Records has continually led the way in presenting the very best in classic Jamaican music to fans the world over.

Today, as Trojan approaches its 50th anniversary, it continues its long-standing undertaking of presenting only the very best in vintage ska, rocksteady and reggae sounds.

Advance tickets for the gig are available online at wegottickets.com/mpecopark or by calling 01209 891500, during office hours.
