Hall for Cornwall welcomes Liza Pulman on her UK tour as she sings some of the greatest songs from the silver screen.

The singer, based in Mylor, will be performing a variety of well-known classic songs from the movies, with some lesser known "little gems".

Describing the show, Liza said: "I've always loved films and I've always loved singing, so it seemed like a good marriage of the things I love most."

Having performed with Michael Ball in Adrian Noble’s award-winning 2002 production of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium, and played opposite Philip Schofield in the UK tour of Dr Dolittle, Liza joined the internationally renowned comedy trio Fascinating Aida.

Liza is now continuing her solo career touring in concert with Joseph Atkins and his orchestra with her latest theatre show 'Liza Pulman sings Hollywood'. The singer will be releasing her album in March.

The audience can expect classics like As time goes by, Evergreen and Nobody does it better in Liza's show at the Hall for Cornwall on Saturday, April 23 at 7.30pm.

Tickets are available on the Hall for Cornwall website or by calling the box office on 01872 262466.
