An evening of burlesque is coming to Truro for the show's sixth sizzling year touring.
Audience members are asked to leave their inhibitions at the door and prepare to experience the UK's biggest burlesque extravaganza with an all-star cast of burlesque stars, variety artists and fabulous costumes.
The show is hosted by Miss Polly Rae, a burlesque superstar famed for bringing burlesque to London's West End in the critically acclaimed 'The Hurly Burly show'.
Rae has toured the world with her act of burlesque and cabaret, and will be joined by Ivy Paige, the evening’s most welcoming compere; L’Sheila Sisters, burlesque's most exciting twin double act; Madame Galina, the hilarious creation of variety performer and classical singer Iestyn Edwards, and AJ James, whose knife juggling skills defy gravity.
Also starring in the show are The Folly Mixtures, a burlesque quartet choreographed to thrill; Angie Sylvia, who adds some spice with her Arabian Nights themed fire eating; Storm Hooper (Chloe), whose explosive, show-stealing hula-hoop performances defy both the laws of gravity and impossibility; and performing a balloon-popping act is another star of the famous Hurly Burly show, Ella Boo.
Miss Ooh La Lou (Sarah Lou) and Isabella Bliss will also both be adding some glamour to the event, which is suitable for over 18s only.
An evening of burlesque will be at the Hall for Cornwall on Saturday, July 9 at 7.30pm.
