Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's acclaimed production of Pride and Prejudice is coming to the Hall for Cornwall.

Matthew Kelly and Felicity Montagu are starring in Simon Reade's adaptation of the Jane Austen novel as Mr and Mrs Bennet, along with Tafline Steen as Elizabeth Bennet, Benjamin Dilloway as Mr Darcy and Doña Croll as Lady Catherine De Bourgh.

Pride and Prejudice is the third Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre production to tour the UK, following their hit productions of To Kill a Mockingbird and Lord of the Flies.

One of the most universally loved and quintessentially English novels of all time, Pride and Prejudice was first published in 1813 and has remained one of the most popular novels in English literature, selling over 20 million copies and spawning numerous adaptations. It tells the story of the humble Bennet family's quest to improve their social standing while their unmarried daughters' haplessly search for love

The Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre production of Pride and Prejudice was first staged in 2013 and returns as we approach Jane Austen’s bicentennial in 2017.

Pride and Prejudice will be at the Hall for Cornwall from Tuesday, November 1 to Saturday, November 5. Tuesday to Saturday evening performances at 7.30pm, Thursday and Saturday matinees at 2.30pm.
