Yet again the art college has applied for a second storey extension
So far this year they have already been turned down for a second storey and applied to demolish a significant boundary wall neighbouring with Fox Rosehill Gardens. Thankfully both these applications were refused and common sense ruled. The college caused a great deal of upset and anger and they were surprised by the level of outrage and support against these ideas.
Again they are showing a huge lack of respect and no thought for their neighbours by submitting a new application. Would anybody be in favour of a classroom of students being able to look into their property as this would certainly be the case.
We are a strong and united neighbourhood who will oppose these unsociable plans. This is an area of beauty and set within a conservation area - shame on you - your lack of consideration and thought for your environment is very sad.
