I agree with the council that the bouncy castle had to be deflated One: Did the parents of these children sign a liability form in case of any accidents?
Two: When all 30 children were there at one time, the people in charge, have they had a CRB check? And as for the green area I used to live there and it is not very big, and a bouncy castle would have taken up a lot of room.
As to cutting the grass in front of his own house, that is entirely up to him.
Three: Just down from the green area is a large playing area for children to play in – and that is a communal play area.
