WHAT a complete shambles - First Buses stated there would be changes from November 3, but come Monday, November 4 there were no new timetables available and a notice at Truro Bus Station stated – No timetables available (no abuse to staff).
I sent an email asking why there were no timetables and also rang Cornwall Council public transport department and spoke to a customer service advisor who said that no First Bus timetables had been published, but they were working on it! First Bus had plenty of time to get new timetables arranged, why have they not done this? People do not know what time buses are running or what services have been withdrawn. Councillors need to work with bus companies, something needs to be done and done now.
