Penryn branch of the Royal British Legion would like to thank the following who helped with the 2014 Poppy Appeal: Falmouth & Penryn Sea Cadet Unit and its officers.

Many thanks to Asda for allowing us to collect in the foyer. Special thanks to Penryn Rotary, Falmouth & Penryn lions, St Gluvias Church parishioners, Penryn's two councillors, RBL Penryn branch members and the many volunteers who covered the two and four hour shifts over the two week Poppy Appeal.

The Penryn branch would also like to thank the Methodist chapel for hosting the well supported remembrance concert/service, in particular Mabe Ladies Choir for a very moving repertoire of beautiful songs and poetry, all in keeping with remembrance.

To St Gluvias Church, much deserved thanks for hosting the remembrance service, and the many standard bearers adorning the parade.

As we put away our poppies for another year, Penryn branch would like to take this opportunity to thank the general public for their generous donations and incredible support.
