I READ with absolute disgust the article in last week’s Packet about the poisoning of the Holm Oak trees at Castle Drive, Falmouth.
I think that you don’t have to be an Inspector Morse to work out the motive why this terrible foul act was committed, but will most possibly need a Sherlock Holmes to bring the culprit(s) to justice, that’s if the police have anyone of that calibre to solve crimes and if they are interested.
