I would like to invite our ego-inflated councillor Brod Ross to stir his illustrious backside at 6am any bin day.
Take a stroll the length of Killigrew Street and penryn main street and observe the "success" of his seagull proof bags.
In addition, in contrast to the shiny new Oyster being installed at Events Square (several thousand pounds) I see we have several overstuffed wheelie bins permanently sited outside KFC on the Moor. I know they don't use these exclusively as most of their logo-embossed litter is strewn across the Moor!
Please intigate the long overdue cull on flying rats, distribute the expenditure evenly between the Moor and Events Square fairly, and penalise any fast food merchant who disregards the appearance of Falmouth. I for one do not like seeing Falmouth turned into a pigsty.
