AT last - a stadium for Cornwall we can all support. Indian Queens is an ideal site for transport links and accessible to all the county. It's in the right place, affordable and the right size, so instead of wasting more time on the wrong site at Threemilestone, get on with it as soon as possible.
My book “The Boy from Wheal Buller” is now out and all profits will go to the Children's Hospice South West - £6.50 a copy from either the Four Lanes Post Office or the Emporium (Olivers) Redruth or by post at £8. It's cost me an arm and a leg in time and money, but after all these years, hopefully, worth it.
Twenty-five thousand pounds as been raised last year for the RNIB by postage stamps and old albums, so that's £8,000 up on last year's total.
Please keep saving your stamps, items for coffee mornings, etc or donations made out to the RNIB Blind Children's Appeal, which will be acknowledged.
Tommy Bray,
Four Lanes
