Re the application for 15 beach huts next to Castle Beach Café. Isn’t that a public right of way?
People using these huts will occupy the space in front, blocking access to the toilet facilities.
My husband uses a mobility scooter, and that is one of the few spaces where we can both sit and enjoy the sunshine.
We come to Falmouth two or three times a year, and it won’t be the same without our favourite sun trap spot.
