Dear Skipper, I always read your piece with interest, and from time to time even agree with you.
In the “Case for Cornwall,” should there not be a case for removing the feudal yoke? Consign the concept of a “Duchy” to the dustbin of history. I don't mind it too much if it’s just a Poldark-like way of bringing tourists in to help bolster the economy and keep people employed, even if in (usually) not very well paid jobs, but it seems to me that it is far more pernicious, and has no place in a modern democratic region with aspirations for a greater degree of autonomy.
Maybe that's were I'm going wrong....best wishes, and keep up the good work.
