This last week I ventured over the Tamar for a few days and a major talking point was this headline in the Plymouth Tribute - City council to make multi-million pound investment in a cruise ship terminal at Millbay.
For years now the harbour authority and council officials have been dragging their heels over the dredging of Falmouth harbour. And our elected representatives from councillors to our MP have been quietly ignoring the issue.
Now Plymouth has stolen the cream. It would appear that it matters not that they be, Red, Blue or Yellow, those we have elected have all, yet again, clearly shown a total lack of interest in the welfare and prosperity of the people of Falmouth - the very people they CLAIM to represent?
