CAN any one tell me, better still show me a photo of, exactly who this self electing answer to no one group the harbour commissioners are and exactly who they represent? They certainly do not represent me, a local boat owner.

I would also like to know who they are answerable to. 

This idea they have is just a way of recovering the short fall in their income i.e. make improvements, offer the first season at a reduced rate, then double it the next! They have started this already when they bulldozed us into handing over our moorings. If you complain 'tough' go elsewhere.

Also where are the voices of our town council who campaign so loudly against other developments or people’s rights (probably not enough photo opportunities) conspicuous in their absence? 

Also where is the voice of our local MP or has she got no interest either?

If anyone can answer these questions I would be very grateful.

Editor's note: As the application is in its early stages it has not yet come before the town council planning committee for consideration. Once it does the town council will be able to discuss the matter and make its own observations before passing its comments on to Cornwall Council to make a final decision.
