It is Monday morning and in the last half hour (between 11am and 11.30am approx) I have had occasion to drive up and down Trelawney Road six times. During that time I have seen piles of wet leaves which have been pushed from the gutters presumably for collection by some sort of machinery. However there was not a sign of any thing or anyone which means these piles of leaves must have been there for some time.
What a waste of time and money when lack of supervision means any effort put into clearing these leaves has been wasted. On the week following tax payers being told that our Council Tax is likely to rise by a fair bit this just shows how inefficient one operation undertaken by the local authority has been.
