ANOTHER money grabbing idea from the government, a "bin tax". Well that is one advantage of having a wheelie bin - one could wheel it around the streets and leave it outside a vacant property to be emptied each week.
If one lives in an urban area near a block of flats one could put the odd bag or two in the commercial bins used with the bin chute as there is no way of monitoring these for the amount of bags per flat.
One way to save money would be to print one's own, never mind if it is not too authentic, one could always pop it into the "quick fare" machine at the nearest railway station, purchase the cheapest ticket and retrieve all the change in nice real money.
OK, so all these ideas are illegal but then think of the money one could save by renting out one's property whilst sitting in a nice warm cosy cell with a free meal, watching television without paying for a licence.
